Svetla Klisurska

Svetla Klisurska has a bachelor degree in Biology and Chemistry  from Plovdiv University "P. Hilendarski". She also graduated with honours in her 2 master's degrees:

 

Master in "Biodiversity, Ecology and Conservation" - PU "P. Hilendarski"

Master's degree in "Developmental Biology" - SU "St. Kliment Ohridski" with a thesis on the topic "Research on sperm morphology using the Strict criteria method and DNA fragmentation in male factor infertility".

 

She has been working in the field of assisted reproduction since 2009.

She also specialized in St. Petersburg at the Scientific Research Institute of Obstetrics and Gynecology "D. O. Otta" with a theoretical and practical focus.

 

She did several trainings at Medical University "Medicinskaya kompaniya " - Samara city. Svetla also holds Multiple specializations in leading European laboratories in order to strengthen the acquired skills in sperm analysis, semen processing and precision in performing a number of embryological manipulations - IUI, IVF, ICSI, IMSI, PESA, TESE, ASSISTED HATCHING.

 

She masters the techniques for cryopreservation of reproductive cells - freezing and thawing of spermatozoa, vitrification of oocytes and embryos.
