Dr. Krasimir Palikov graduated in medicine in 1990 at the Sofia Medical Academy, where he later acquired a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Palikov's professional skills include performing colposcopy and destructive treatment of cervical precancers, 3D/4D ultrasound diagnostics in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as in the management of high-risk childbirth. As a supporter of natural childbirth, he also works closely with the team of the Midwifery unit of St. Lazar Hospital - La Vita Nova.

Нe began his professional career as a young doctor in the CSMP in the city of Elin Pelin, and then spent several years as a specialist in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Tarhuna General Hospital, Libya, where he performed all the activities characteristic for the position - pregnancy monitoring and pathological pregnancy, natural and surgical delivery, surgical treatment of gynecological diseases.

At the moment, Dr. Krasimir Palikov is an associate physician with the team of Saint Lazara Hospital.
