Neonatology Department

The neonatology department at Saint Lazar Maternity Hospital comprises of a physiological unit (for newborns born between the 38th and 40th gestational week) and an intensive care unit (for prematurely born newborns). The two units work simultaneously to provide the best care possible for the newborns in the hospital. The hospital is certified to care for prematurely born babies and has specialized incubators, which allows us to provide full care for the very young. We perform full monitoring of the vital functions, which include cardiac function, respiratory function, saturation, body temperature and blood pressure.
